More than a dinner party, FEAST II is an inspirational, curated experience where gourmet cuisine meets faith-based music, clean comedy and a fondness for cultural experiences. FEAST II is a continuation of the theme of a belief-based collective characterized by intimate conversations, original dishes, in a rich and righteous atmosphere.
At the heart of the evening is the distinguished Trinidadian-Canadian chef, Christina Khan, Top Chef Canada / Season 11 Finalist, whose visionary menu will take guests on a culinary journey through multiple courses of haute cuisine. Crafted with intention and elegance, each dish promises to captivate the palate and elevate the dining experience.
The ambiance will be further enriched with live, joyful performances anchored in clean, faith-filled humor and artistic excellence. Hosting the evening is actor, comedian and America's Got Talent Finalist, Barry Brewer, Jr, a dynamic and charismatic comedian who merges laughter with music & purpose.
With musical journey spanning over 25 years, Samuel Williams is a seasoned, versatile artist and well-rounded multi-instrumentalists (keys, bass, drums, and guitars). Samuel's signature sound is a mix of funk, soul, R&B, and smooth jazz, influenced by his West-African and Jamaican heritage. His music is a reflection of his roots, creating a unique and captivating vibe.
Joy Lapps is an artist, educator, consultant and creative womanist. She holds a Masters in Music Composition and her proficiency with the tenor pan is recognized internationally. She leads The Joy Lapps Project, an ensemble exploring Afro and Latin-Caribbean Jazz. Joy has performed at festivals including Afrofest, Toronto’s TD Jazz Festival, Antigua’s Moods of Pan Festival and Miami’s GroundUp Festival.
Drey Sax is a versatile artist who combines his saxophone skills with wellness coaching, creating memorable experiences through his performances and music. He is also known for his performances which are described as captivating and memorable. Drey Sax has released music on platforms like SoundCloud, Apple Music, and Deezer.
DJ Gudvibes, a Canadian drummer, music producer and DJ of Haitian Origin, based in Montreal, who discovered his passion for music at the age of 8and began to perfect his talent in the Church by playing drums. Recognized throughout the city, he has played alongside several local artists as well as several internationally renowned musicians and singers. His mission is to transport the public on a musical journey and its ultimate goal is to make each performance a memorable and unique one.
Complementing the energy are inspirational musical performances by Toronto recording artist, producer & musician Samuel Williams, Toronto steel pannist Joy Lapps, saxophonist Drey Sax and local socialite & musicologist DJ Gudvibes —each infusing the night with soul, rhythm, and reverent creativity.
